These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LoansJagat. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or any Services offered therein.

Your continued use of the Website shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Website Availability

LoansJagat takes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website is accessible and operational at all times. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including, without limitation, system failures, internet outages, maintenance, or force majeure events.

LoansJagat shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the temporary unavailability of the Website. Where feasible, advance notice of scheduled maintenance may be provided, but we are not obligated to do so.

5. Credit Information Authorization

By using the Website and availing Services, you hereby:

Authorise LoansJagat, and/or the relevant Bank/NBFC to act as your authorised representative to obtain your credit information from any Credit Information Company (CIC) or credit bureau in India
Consent to the sharing of such credit information with LoansJagat for the purpose of providing Services

You acknowledge and agree that:

The CIC shall not be liable for providing your credit information to LoansJagat
You shall not raise any claims or objections against the CIC for such disclosure
This consent is given voluntarily and without coercion
The authorisation shall remain valid for a maximum period of six (6) months, or until the purpose is fulfilled, or until withdrawn by you in writing

You also agree to be bound by the Terms of Use of CRIF High Mark Credit Score or any other applicable credit bureau.

6. Fraud Prevention and Compliance

If LoansJagat suspects any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or inaccurate information, we reserve the right to:

Share relevant information with fraud prevention agencies, banks, NBFCs, or regulatory authorities
Take necessary actions to prevent fraud, money laundering, or misuse of Services

7. Marketing and Communication Consent

You consent to LoansJagat and its trusted third-party partners contacting you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, or other modes of communication regarding products, services, and promotional offers.

You may withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting us via the mediums mentioned on the “Grievance Redressal” page.

8. User Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.

If you suspect unauthorised access, loss, or misuse of your account credentials, you must immediately notify us. LoansJagat shall not be liable for any loss arising due to unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard login credentials.

9. Do Not Call (DNC) / Do Not Disturb (DND) Waiver

By using the Website, you expressly consent to receiving communications from LoansJagat notwithstanding any DNC/DND registrations on your phone number, for purposes related to Services, transactions, or updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

LoansJagat operates as a digital platform that facilitates access to financial products offered by third-party lenders. We do not guarantee approval, pricing, or terms of any product.

LoansJagat shall not be liable for:

Decisions taken by lenders or financial institutions
Losses arising from reliance on Website content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms.
